Our 3
Networks
Our ability to
generate integrated solutions to revitalizing our world derives
directly from the multi-disciplinary aggregation of knowledge,
services, and technical expertise found within our three networks:
- Our
Partner
Network brings together regional, national, and
international non-profit groups, professional associations,
development agencies, NGOs, and citizens' groups whose focus
relates to revitalizing communities, or to some aspect of
restoring our natural, built, or social assets.
- Our
Affiliate
Network brings together (mostly) for-profit
companies who restore various aspects of our world for a living,
or who provide products/services that support such work.
Note: As a result of possible upcoming program changes,
new members of the Affiliate Network are not being accepted at
this time (as of September 24, 2007) while we complete our move
to Seneca College in Toronto.
- Our
Academic
Network brings together universities and colleges
(or individual departments within them) that offer curricula or
conduct research related to restorative development or
socio-economic revitalization.
There is no membership fee required
for qualified organizations to join any of our 3 networks.
However, the Affiliate Network does require that key employees
undergo annual training, since they will be using our name and our
tools on actual restoration, redevelopment, and revitalization
projects/programs. Non-profits, educational
institutions, and businesses who join one of our 3 networks can
contribute to--and draw from--our
Experts Database, which is
primarily used to provide Guest Experts for our
Workshops. |
